MEDeHelp is a quality-assured mobile Clinical Decision Support Solution for healthcare professionals in preclinical and clinical emergency care. As a mobile app, MEDeHelp supports the emergency medication workflow for patients of all age groups.

MEDeHelp provides mobile decision support for paramedics, emergency physicians, doctors and nurses in time-critical and demanding emergency situations - whether in an ambulance, helicopter, right on site, or in the resuscitation room. The app is currently available in Switzerland.

MEDeHelp can be used for patients of all age groups - from premature and newborn infants to children, adolescents, and adults.

MEDeHelp provides patient-specific information on the dosing, preparation, and administration of emergency medications. It also includes physiological reference values, information on required equipment, and relevant medical guidelines.

MEDeHelp can also be used without an active internet connection. To ensure that the information is always up to date, the app should be connected to the internet regularly.

MEDeHelp is supported on smartphones running iOS or Android. The app is compatible with the current and the previous version of the iOS and Android operating system. At least 250 MB of free storage space should be available before installation.

MEDeHelp supports Mobile Device Management (MDM) for the central configuration of login credentials as well as product and organisation favourites. MEDeHelp institution customers can request the «Mobile Device Management (MDM) Manual MEDeHelp» via our contact form.

The patient-specific medication information displayed in MEDeHelp is provided by PEDeDose, a Clinical Decision Support System developed by PEDeus Health AG and classified as a Class IIa medical device. MEDeHelp itself is not a medical device.

Medical and pharmaceutical expertise, scientific evidence, and established quality processes form the basis for the development, review, and continuous maintenace of the content in the MEDeHelp app.

Users cannot modify or add content themselves. The quality of our information is our highest priority. For this reason, any changes or additions are made by our experienced pharmacists and reviewed according to a six-eyes principle. Are you missing any information? Would you, for example, prefer a different dosage or route of administration? Please contact us, and we will carefully review your request.

Yes. In the settings, you can select the medications used in your institution as favourites, as well as the organisations relevant to your institution for guidelines. Once favourites have been defined, only the selected medications or organisations and their guidelines are displayed by default.

MEDeHelp can be tested free of charge for 14 days. To request a trial licence, please follow the procedure described in the question «How do I get access to MEDeHelp?». For institutions, we offer an individually agreed trial period upon consultation. Please contact us.

Just a few steps are required.

1. Users without a PEDeus Health user account

  • Download the MEDeHelp app to your smartphone from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  • On the login page, use the «Link to registration», click «+ Request new account», and follow the online instructions.
  • Use your personal business email address, set a password, and select the desired licence for 12 or 24 months, or a 14-day trial license.
  • Confirm your email address using the email sent to the address you have provided.
  • As soon as you receive an email confirming that your user account has been activated, you can log in to MEDeHelp using your email address (= username) and password. The activation process may take 1–2 business days.
  • Please ensure that your smartphone is connected to the internet when logging in for the first time.

2. Users with an existing PEDeus Health user account (e.g. for PEDeDose or PEDeMed)

  • Download the MEDeHelp app to your smartphone from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  • On the login page, click the link «+ Would you like an additional license?»
  • In your email to PEDeus Health, specify whether you would like a 12- or 24-month license or a 14-day trial license.
  • Follow the instructions you receive from PEDeus Health.
  • As soon as you receive an email confirming that your user account has been activated, you can log in to MEDeHelp using your email address (= username) and password.
  • Please ensure that your smartphone is connected to the internet when logging in for the first time.

Our prices are tiered based on the size of the institution. You can find the license fees here.

After registration, we will send you an invoice for the license fee, which can be paid for a period of either 12 or 24 months. After the initial contract term, the agreement is automatically renewed for a further 12 or 24 months, depending on the selected license period.

MEDeHelp supports navigation between MEDeHelp and the Helpp App on authorized smartphones. If MEDeHelp and the Helpp App are licensed together for a period of 12 months, you will receive an additional discount.

We are sorry to hear that you have decided to cancel your access. In this case, please terminate the agreement at least 30 days (individual users) or 3 months (institutions) before the end of the initial contract term or any renewal period, either in writing via the contact form or by email.
